Her research spans Behavioural Corporate Finance, Competition Policy, Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and MSMEs, leading to numerous international journal publications. She has extensive experience conducting executive programs on Analytics, Behavioral Economics, Corporate Governance, Diversity, and Strategic Managerial Decision-Making.
Her professional involvement extends to sponsored and consulting projects for governmental bodies, such as the Ministry of Finance, SEBI, NSE, BSE, the Competition Commission of India (CCI), and various corporate organizations. Prof. Singh holds a PhD from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR) in Mumbai and was a Doctoral Research Scholar at the University of Hamburg through the EU’s Asia Link Sandwich Programme. Her work focuses on air pollution variability in India, its impact on climate and health, and mitigation strategies for the Indian context. Prof. Utpal Chattopadhyay is currently Professor (Finance, Economics & Strategy Area) at IIM Mumbai. Earlier, he had worked with National Productivity Council (NPC), New Delhi and Indian School of Mines (now IIT-ISM), Dhanbad.
Prof. Chattopadhyay holds Ph.D. in Economics from Delhi University and M.Sc. (Economics) from Calcutta University. He has been trained by the Tokyo based Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and NPC India on productivity measurement, inter-firm comparison, knowledge management, copyright & IPR, social accountability standards etc.

Sitaram Kunte is a retired IAS officer and former Chief Secretary of Maharashtra with over three decades of experience in governance, policy-making, and administration. Currently, he serves as a Distinguished Visiting Professor at IIM Mumbai and Gokhale Institute, focusing on public policy and governance.
He is actively involved in research on sustainable development goals and corporate governance through CRISP and other advisory roles. His expertise spans urban governance, housing, finance, and education reforms.

Durga Shanker Mishra is a retired IAS officer of the 1984 batch (UP Cadre) with over 40 years of distinguished service in leadership roles across State and Union Governments. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, an MBA in International Business from the University of Western Sydney, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy from The Hague. As Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh and Union Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, he spearheaded flagship programs such as Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban, PMAY-Urban, AMRUT, Smart Cities Mission, and Metro Rail projects.
